Introduction...

Welcome to our Privacy Policy! We take your privacy seriously and want to make sure you understand what data we collect and how we use, protect, and distribute it when you use our Service. Rest assured that we keep our users' personal data and information safe and secure. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store files needed when loading messages. We only collect the data we need, and we never sell your data to third parties. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time, and you can opt-out of end-user-data collection at any time! Now, let's dive deeper into what user data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

Data Collection

  • When you create a backup using Xilla, we collect your user ID, Channels (names, topics, and permissions overrides), Members (usernames, IDs, and roles), Roles (names, icons, and permissions), and Guild/Server (ID, name, settings, events, emojis, banned members, and member messages).

  • At the time of creating a custom template with Xilla, we store your user ID, the ID of your Guild/Server, the channels and roles used, as well as the template's overview and other server data. Additionally, if you have subscribed to our Scale & Enterprise plan, we will store the emojis.

  • When generating a Chatlog, we store the ID of the user who executed the command, the ID of the channel, the messages, and the name of the Guild/Server.

  • When a configuration is made for your Guild/Server, Xilla only retains the ID of that Guild/Server.

Data Retention Period

Messages in backups are deleted 29 days after the backup was created. Chatlogs are likewise deleted 29 days after they are created.

Data Deletion Procedure

You can easily delete your data by running the command `/account delete` and within 2 days time it will be removed from our servers. For immediate deletion, please contact us via our Discord support server.

End-User Data Collection Opt-Out

To opt out of data collection, please use the designated slash command “/opt out.” This command will initiate the process to exclude your data from our collection.
